Every work sold at AltruArt sustains the work of Fundación AYUDA (Ayuda.do): collaborative solidarity that brings health, food and hope to the most vulnerable families in the Dominican Republic.
Collaborative solidarity, not charity
Ayuda.do was born in 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis, when thousands of Dominican families were left without income and many people with chronic illnesses could not afford their medication.
Its mission is to bring together ideas, talents, resources and efforts, from individuals and companies, to reach the wellbeing of the most vulnerable communities. Today it is a living network of volunteers, donors and partners that turns generosity into concrete action.

The causes we support through Ayuda.do
These are the causes that Fundación AYUDA drives with the funds AltruArt donates. The foundation decides how to support each one with its network of volunteers and partners.
Vouchers and food deliveries for children and families without steady income.
Operations on the ground after storms and disasters: Friusa, Hato Nuevo, Elías Piña and more communities.
Free medical consultations, telemedicine, and home visits to keep families healthy in their own homes.
Medical equipment and supplies for public hospitals, in partnership with UNICEF.
Treatments for hypertension, diabetes and other chronic illnesses that many families cannot afford.
Programs for children's well-being and protection, in partnership with Save the Children.
Alongside partners like Save the Children, UNICEF, Grupo Ramos (La Sirena), Farmacard, Laboratorios Alfa and Grupo Rizek, among many others that make every operation possible.

From art to action
A portion of AltruArt’s sales goes to Fundación AYUDA as donations. Our donations are never in cash: we deliver them as materials or direct contributions to the cause. It is our ethical shield, and that is why every movement is recorded in this system.
